Why LussVelika?

Back in another life we lived in the West of Scotland on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, a place of mountains, forests, wild walks, Lochs and history.  The village of Luss was a favourite day out for us.

Since coming to Bulgaria we find ourselves on the edge of the Strandzha National park, a place of mountains, forests, wild walks, lakes and history. We wanted to combine our two lives in the name of our house and so was born LussVelika. With views across the village to the hills and towards the sea LussVelika is the place to enjoy the magic of the Strandzha region.

Our bedrooms

Each bedroom is themed to express our love of travel

The Chinese room

A double bedroom, en-suite with beautiful bespoke lacquered furniture and oriental pictures, personalised with a handmade throw. It has an A/C, hair dryer and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs.

The Moroccan room

A family bedroom with a hint of Morocco, it has two single beds with a large sofa bed that will sleep two, A/C and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs. A travel cot is available for smaller guests and the bathroom is across the hallway.

The Indian room

En-suite front bedroom with a taste of India, it has two single beds, A/C, and a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the front of the house with views of Strandzha Mountains.
