Lozenets
The coastal
village features a long and picturesque beach and the sea water is the cleanest
along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Tourists in the village can take a
mountain bike excursion round Strandja National Park, a boat trip down the
Ropotamo River near Primorsko.
Beaches
The Southern part of
the Bulgarian Black Sea coast offers one of the most spectacular sandy beaches
with shallow clean sea water, ideal for families with small children. There is
no shortage of beautiful sandy beaches nearby Velika village - the central
beach of Lozenets, Arapya Beach, Kiten Atliman beach, Primorsko North beach,
Primorsko Perla beach and Nestinarka beach.
Walks
You can enjoy walks in
the woods maybe take a picnic with you and an empty bottle to fill with fresh
Strandzha spring water.
Beglik Tash

Tash is a Neolithic site
featuring a settlement with and a number of good walks.
Situated at the foot of the Strandzha hills just 7 minutes by car from The Black Sea lies the small village of Velika, welcome to the world of village life.
Take a stroll round the village viewing the mix of old and new buildings nestled side by side. Call into the shop to buy your bread and other supplies. Enjoy fresh produce with milk direct from the cows and eggs fresh from the chickens. Maybe sit outside our one and only bar under the shade and have something long and cool to drink whilst the children play in the square. Take time to enjoy a light snack of kebapche or koofteta.
